I have been trying to change my flight via online and Mobile app for 2 days now. I keep getting a message that reads unexpected error occurred while we were processing your request. I also called and was told online three times so long that I believe it timed out. Per their recording if we want to modify our flight," is simple. Just go under manage your trip and make your changes there". This is by far the truth. I've been doing that for 2 days and receiving the same message. It's not worth the money. But I guess you get what you pay for.

What is wrong with the site now

Cannot modify trip and add a checked bag nor rent a vehicle and I spent an hour trying to get through it all then when I tried to pay it keeps kicking it back despite using different cards

You can’t get on their website from the mobile app to check in or get your boarding passes. Ridiculous service when you try to get help.

Cant access the "Cancel Trip" online or on app

I logged in app, and on website and when i go to "manage trip" and "cancel trip" a message appears that it can't be cancelled, and to phone them (which I have been ON HOLD with for over an hour!), and I did purchase trip flex, and its 4 days before my flight.

The web site has been useless fffo weeks. Even their agents can't get you on a flight. It's like it belongs in a third world country where nobody is resposible for anything. What a joke.

there system is being wonky

Same issue happened with me, tried buying tickets on 09/07 and was charged 3 times because the site kept giving me an error code. no confirmation and when i did get through to someone, they said they had no resolution, and now ive tried calling again and been on hold 3+ hours and counting. PLease get this resolved.

Same here. I’ve tried a hundred times. It gets to the payment then says webpage not available. I’ve also tried the forgot password link. It says an email has been sent but I never get an email.

Everything is great until I try and pay. Use a card and it says there's an issue. Try a different card and the site crashes. Fill out everything again. Rinse and Repeat. I'd pay the damn fee to speak to an agent but I can't get through there either. It went from a 90+ min queue to a solid busy signal.

Admin, your suggestion to redirect using the URL's you suggested, didn't work either.
It gets stuck on the Payment section and then times out and says unresponsive and then eventually says "Snap!". grrr I've cleared cache/cookies, logged out and back in, restarted computer, etc. and no way to get it to work. Unreal!

4 times have tried to go on website to purchase flights....three times on my computer with my information....twice on my wife's with her information. keep getting same response when we select "purchase ticket"...the response is "oops you are not authorization for this page"????? my wife flies up to michigan 4-6 times a year, has never seen this and when we try to report an issue, it closes out before we can submit anything.
