The website keeps loading anytime I try to make a change, won't let me use rewards or promo codes.isnt allowing me to add a gift card number. I just purchased a brand new tablet at Verizon yesterday and I also switched to frontier and it's been working great.your website is the only issue I've had.i don't Miss the sale but I've been doing this for hours now. And I need to take a break. Hopefully it gets fixed and I don't miss the sale and my coupons are about to expire in a mine. this is the worst timing.

Slowest website ever..feel like I'm back using dial up in 1995. You can't empty your cart if you can get it to load..maybe every 5 minutes but any changes you make, it's another 5 minutes waiting for your cart to reload. Sucks!!

Something is definitely wrong. I keep myself logged in al the time and have my device remember me. It logged me out and then said my password was incorrect. Then I went to renew it and Oops! Something went wrong nonsense.

I downloaded the app a couple of weeks ago but have forgotten my password. Continues to say site can not be reached when I tap reset password. Called customer service and she said it must not be accessible on my new android phone and was of no help. What? I downloaded the app with this phone and have shopped their website with this phone plus receive their emails on this phone. Just received one today to hurry and use my $10 off $30 welcome gift which is what I was wanting to do. Only thing left to do is uninstall this unusable bbw rewards program.
