...and the Award for WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of the YEAR goes to @StubHub ! Their agents can't solve problems (assuming you wait the 2 hours to talk to one), they screw up orders & say "oh well", and they take no responsibility. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Same problem! Since their 'upgrade' or maintenance of the site, previously posted tickets no longer appear that are still in my listing. When I delete listing and sell again, my MLB tickets do post, but with no Row indicated, just the section. Absurd!

Hour on phone... assistant finally helped listing tickets but they never were posted...glad to hear I'm not the only one with trouble but frustrating as all get out ..at least three hours spent on phone having called them Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Now Monday...also same reply...wait til tomorrow, wait til Sunday, wait til tomorrow. .. tickets for tomorrow's game...yuck!

Terrible customer service. Links to my tickets didn’t work. I called and spoke with a nice lady. She said she was coming texting seller and would call back. That didn’t happen. I called back two days later. Nice gentlemen told me seller would transfer by end of day. Didn’t happen. I called back that night. Rude later told me system was down, my tickets were canceled and I would get an email. She would connect with me someone, nor call seller again, since my problem existed before the system went down. She could call the seller and have tickets directly transfer, as was promised earlier.
